The Monthly Support plan is for our professional partners who rely on our code to run their business and need ongoing access to our support channel.

In order to provide the highest quality support for our software and services, we restrict access to our email and ticketing system to customers who have paid for priority support: this is how you get a direct line to the people who wrote the code that is running your site.  When you sign up for priority support you can create unlimited tickets in our support portal and we will respond to them within one business day.
